How to refer
If you are experiencing a dispute and think that mediation could be of assistance please contact us. We are happy to discuss your situation and advise you whether mediation is appropriate. There is no charge for this.
Neighbourhood Mediation
We accept referrals from individuals experiencing disputes and organisations supporting people in a dispute. You can refer by calling 01446 704333, or simply e-Mail us for a copy of our referral form.
There is a cost for mediation, but many people can access the srvice for free. We work with several Registered Social Landlors, Local Authorities, Community Safety Partnerships and other agencies who may cover the cost of mediation for their tennants or residents. If you have to pay yourself, the cost is usually nor more than £100.
Workplace Mediation
If you would like to refer a workplace dispute for mediation, please contact us. There is a charge for mediation. The amount will be based on the size of your organisation. We will discuss and confirm the referral information and the cost for your case before going ahead with the mediation process.
Family Mediation
If you are spepartation or divorcing, you can ask us to refer you, speak to your solictior about a referral, or contact one of our partners directly:
The cost of mediation is dependent upon your circumstances, and whether you qualify for legal aid.
Victim / Offender and Homelessness Mediation
Please contact us to discuss your circumstances. We will be able to advise you on the services available to you. These services are usually free.
